Sir Cecil Walter Hardy Beaton (January 14, 1904 - January 18, 1980), was an award-winning portrait photographer and costume designer. He captured the beauty of movie stars (pictured above), fashion models, and even Her Majesty the Queen. He designed costumes for the film ‘My Fair Lady’ starring Audrey Hepburn for which he earned an Academy Award for Costume Design .
